He served in various International hotel chains as Director of Food & Beverage starting from Marriott Riverside Hotel Bangkok, which was named the Best Marriott Hotel International in 1998 at the time he was working. He also gained overseas experience as Director of Food & Beverage at Star Vegas Resort and Club, a World Class Casino and Resort, Cambodia.
Panuphon received the award of Best Director of Food & Beverage in 2007 at Evergreen Laurel where he was working during 2004-2009
Before joining Well Hotels and Resorts, he drove the standards of restaurant and bar operations, financial analysis and strategy planning Golden Tulip Hotel Bangkok.
